Cartouche chronicles - Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Picture
What is the last name of Marc, Sydney, and Lucas?
  • Just a little joke of mine - their last name is never revealed, although two or three hints at the first letter of their last name are dropped in the books for supremely attentive readers.
What are the first names of Mom and Dad?
  • Another little joke of mine - their names are never revealed.  I mean, come on - we all know kids ONLY call their parents by their first names when they are MAD at them!
Why do some powers not have an associated cartouche color?
  • I didn't want to overwhelm folks with too many colors, but they will be slowly revealed in upcoming books.
Are there really hidden chambers in King Tutankhamun's tomb?
  • There is still ongoing research, but the current opinion (9/2018) is that the chambers do not exist.  It all started several years ago from a high-resolution scan of the tomb walls which seemed to definitively reveal the outline of a door underneath the tomb paintings on one wall.  Several early ground-penetrating-radar (GPR) scans seemed to indicate something there, but the most recent one in August 2018 seems to indicate nothing behind the walls.  We shall see!
